Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ShelfAI collects through shelfai.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have. ShelfAI is a product of Otomate (otomate.org), operated by Natanel Goldfeather as a sole proprietor in Israel, who is responsible for this data. Contact: privacy@shelfai.co.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the early-access list.
- Optional details you choose to share after signing up: your store URL, platform (e.g. Shopify) and approximate monthly orders.
- Your approximate country, derived from your connection when you sign up.
- Campaign information from the link you used to reach us (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), and which form you used.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
- If you reach us from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, the ad click identifier in that link.
How we use it
- To manage the early-access list and send you your invite.
- To prioritize invites and understand which stores ShelfAI fits best.
- To send occasional product updates about ShelfAI. Every email includes a way to stop receiving them.
- To understand which channels bring visitors, and to keep the site secure and free of abuse.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't place advertising cookies on shelfai.co.
- We don't add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Advertising measurement
- We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When you sign up, we may send Meta Platforms a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address, your IP address, browser type and the ad click identifier, so Meta can tell us which ads lead to signups and show our ads to similar businesses.
- We don't do this for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control or email privacy@shelfai.co and we'll stop sharing your information with Meta.
Who processes it
- Vercel (website hosting and analytics).
- Supabase (database where the early-access list is stored).
- Make.com (internal automation that notifies our team about new signups).
- Google Workspace (our email).
- Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, see above).
- These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms, and may store it outside your country.
How long we keep it
- We keep your information while early access is running and for as long as you stay on our list. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your details within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, at any time by writing to privacy@shelfai.co.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, Israel or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
- Data is sent over HTTPS, the database is not publicly accessible, and only our team can view the list. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
- If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be communicated to people on the list.
